Return & Refund Policy
You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of your purchase. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on our WhatsApp at 0336-4144522. The product must be returned to us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will issue a refund or process an exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item:
- The delivered product is damaged (e.g., physically destroyed or broken) or defective (e.g., unable to switch on).
- The delivered product is incomplete (e.g., missing items or accessories).
- The delivered product is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or expired).
Note: Change of mind is not applicable for returns or refunds.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. For fashion products, items may be tried on for fit but must still be considered unworn/Unuse.
- The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in DISCOUNTSTORE packaging, the same packaging should be returned. Do not apply tape or stickers directly to the manufacturer's packaging.
- In the case of a product fault, the item will be exchanged at no additional cost. For cash refunds, delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Important Note: Please indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience or delays in processing your return. If the returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges depend on the availability of stock at the time.
- Items must be unused, properly packed, and in saleable condition for an exchange to be accepted.
Return & Exchange Procedure
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Take a picture of the defective part of the item.
- Pack the item back in its original packaging.
- Send the picture of the defective part and your request for return or exchange via WhatsApp at +92-3364144522.
- Go to your local courier and send us the package.
- In real case can compensate the return delivery charges too
Refunds Once we have received your return package and you have provided us with your bank account details or another means to receive the refund, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. For bank transfers, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
